1. Acute care - assessment and diagnosis of an initial injury.

2. Treatment - application of specialist advice and techniques to encourage healing.

3. Rehabilitation - progressive management for full return to sport.

4. Prevention - identification and address of deficiencies known to directly result in, or act as precursors to injury, such as movement assessment.

5. Education - sharing of specialist knowledge to individual athletes, teams or clubs to assist in prevention or management of injury.

Our everyday workplace has changed. Instead of working in factories, office workers spend hours in front of a screen. These changes have led to back, neck, shoulder, elbow and wrist problems due to overuse and decreased mobility. Industrial rehabilitation deals with ergonomic seating to facilitate better productivity, analyzing work spaces and adding visual cues for postural correction.

Physical therapy targets the muscles of the pelvic floor. Treatment is directed towards relieving pain and tension in these muscles and may include: manual therapy, biofeedback, cold laser therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and/or exercise.

Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is a specific form of physical therapy designed to habituate symptoms, and promote adaptation to and substitution for various aspects of deficits related to a wide variety of balance disorders.
